Acupuncture & Kinesiology

Kinesiology Acupuncture Sydney

Helen finds the combination of Acupuncture and Kinesiology incredibly powerful. This is because Kinesiology is all about finding and targeting the muscles in your body that are blocked, and therefore have imbalances. Acupuncture then acts as a second treatment of these pinpointed areas. The combination of the two is a way of treating both your mind and body, and also seems to speed up the natural healing process.

Acupuncture and kinesiology may be helpful for:

  • Hydration issues
  • Muscle weakness
  • Energy levels
  • Pain relief
  • Injury
  • Constipation

A bit more about Kinesiology and Acupuncture

Many clients have reported that the combination of kinesiology and acupuncture/Chinese medicine, including the use of essential oils, has helped to strengthen and heal their bodies. Helen provides these personalised treatments to encourage the individual’s body to balance and heal via the detoxification process, and to better cope with its environment and diet.

The use of combined treatments promotes and enhances life and health mentally, emotionally and physically. Finding a good balance within your environment can be difficult but combining treatments provides additional support, so you are better able to cope with day to day stresses. In energy therapies like acupuncture and kinesiology, every organ dysfunction is said to be accompanied by a muscle weakness. Finding a weak muscle enables your practitioner to pinpoint the malfunction of meridians (energy highways) in the body. Kinesiology is used as a detection tool, as it uses the body to access stored information through the meridian system; while acupuncture helps to restore and strengthen the body by releasing the flow of qi in areas of blockage.

We identify the layers to be addressed first, and as the layers are resolved the body presents the next layer (one’s own healing order) to be addressed. Think of it as using the body’s wisdom and own ability to communicate its way towards healing. Sometimes nutritional supplements and herbal medication may assist the healing process and allow speedier detoxification.

The body is tested to reveal how it responds to certain types of chemical substances; muscle weakness when your body is exposed to certain toxins and substances indicates an area which requires attention.
